Our stay at Grandouce Hanazonocho was exceptional. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine and electric stove. The price was reasonable, considering the facilities provided. The location was convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the Osaka Metro Subway Hanazonocho station, making it easy for us to explore Osaka and its surroundings. I highly recommend this hotel for a group of 3-4 people traveling to Osaka.

Best aspects of my Christmas stay included the great value for money - the room was well-priced and had all the amenities I needed. Additionally, the location was fantastic. There was a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it convenient to explore the city. I also appreciated the nearby convenience store and the option to cook in the room.

Worst aspects of my stay included the difficulty in finding the hotel in the rain with heavy luggage. It would have been helpful to have been advised on the easier route to take, especially when transferring between train stations.
